Fingerprint - Identify Every Visitor

how to disable fingerprint.com from tracking me
i am using firefox linux and privacy badger and ublock still it can found me me

I use Linux + Firefox + uBlock Origin + Canvas Blocker + Resist fingerprinting + VPN.

And fingerprint.com can still track me.

But when I use stock Tor Browser and restart it often, I get a new ID on most restarts and sometimes the IDs are the same but I suspect I share them with other visitors.

Can confirm. First time opening that link with Tor Browser and it says I have visited the site over 20 times through 7 different IP addresses.

Canvas blocker is redundant if you use resistFingerprinting

AFAIK, all these tracking sites need JavaScript to function.

I’ve noticed most paywalled sites don’t stop me from reading if I turn off JS for that site.

Running full-time without JS is annoying but perhaps worth it?

No JS is probably a fingerprint but if enough people did it we could all blend together.

I tested Mullvad, Firefox, Librewolf and Brave. All were fingerprinted.

True, also true for Private Browsing Mode, or ‘Strict’ Enhanced Tracking Protection (either of these features trigger privacy.fingerprintingprotection (FPP), which is a more relaxed/less robust alternative to privacy.resistfignerprinting (RFP), it doesn’t do as much as RFP, but it does cover what Canvas Blocker does)

I see that it can detect when I clear the cookies for the site, and is also not affected by this!
