This is a suggestion for the future and a recommendation to keep an eye on extRact, currently released on Github only, with a warning from the developer since it’s in beta.
It is a fork of RCX, which has worked well for me, but is abandoned.
extRact also adds:
- Intentservice to start tasks via third party apps!
- Task Management to allow regular runs of your important tasks!
Any thoughts on if it’s safe to use in its current state and just not rely on the new features yet?
Its implementation of Rclone has been updated to a later version than RCX.
