I’m curious about whether people think we should add MPRs and decentralized VPNs to the VPN category or to a new category. It’s only a matter of time before one of these products is recommended, and it would be helpful to know how to handle that when it arises.
On one hand, VPN is something people recognize and would be likely to look up when they first get into privacy. Putting the new recommendations in a different heading on the existing page could work well. On the other hand, these products work differently, and are potentially for a different threat model than VPNs.
- Add them to the existing VPN page.
- Add them to a new, separate page.
