I am receiving alerts from Experian about a company they have labeled as “Darkweb” that shows my name, address, phone number, SSN and DOB. Optery will only address it as an “Extended Reach” candidate.

It could be they’re using AI to determine which are “reach” and which are more imminent threats. AI-based detection can make mistakes here since it isn’t based on deterministic rules defining what threat is imminent.
