Danger From Choosing Bad Retailer/Store To Buy Hardware Devices?

In my opinon, it depends on the pricing, whether directly from the manufacturer is cheaper or Amazon.

From my experience, Amazon has not refused to refund me at all whenever an item was lost, not delivered, and the like; I’m not sure about Samsung, though.

Be careful with Amazon, I’ve previously been banned by them for “too many returns in to short a time period” and had been paying for prime for five or six years straight at that point.

Thanks for letting me know! Unfortunately, many companies prioritize profit over their customers.

I just read your link: Mobile Phones - Privacy Guides

And wow, I must say I was very impressed! I’ll be sure to buy the most recent device I can afford so that I continue to get updates further into the future.

How long were you banned??? I’m finding myself relying more and more on Amazon because their delivery is amazing so getting banned would suck!

Amazon has been amazing for me.

Important point for people new to Amazon:
One problem I’ve had is that they’ve been changing their ebooks

I can’t do anything about them altering their e-books because they’re all stored on Amazon’s server.

What do you mean?

But yeah, Amazon ebooks are a scam. You click “buy” but you’re actually renting. They’re not really yours.

Funny how one of the books they removed is 1984

Their bans are lifetime. I’m still technically banned, it’s just with privacy.com, simplelogin, and an alias name you can make a new account. They won’t accept a VoIP number on sign up so you have to skip that, but once you’ve made the account and it eventually asks for a phone number for shipping it will accept VoIP.
