The website provides a list of basic threat models here that is used to categorize recommended tools and services. For example, Email Aliasing is used for Surveillance Capitalism and Public Exposure while Cloud Storage is used for Passive Attacks and Service Providers.
I think it would be especially useful to create a feature that allows people to filter through these threat models. For example, I may just want to look at tools and services suited for Surveillance Capitalism, while someone of a higher threat model may only care for Mass Surveillance and Censorship.
I don’t know where I would put this feature. Maybe here? Either way, the ability to filter through the massive list of tools and services would be very useful. The longer the list gets, the more overwhelming the experience will be for the average person.
The website already emphasizes the importance of threat modeling, so it would make sense to reflect that importance by allowing people to have the ability to filter through threats when looking for recommendations.
