If you violate their ToC, probably. Hopefully they’d give you a window of time to fix the issue on site before they take over, I’d guess.

Someone can file a abuse comlaint at the registrar, and the proxy then have to enforce it.

Also see which country, the proxy is at.

I’m unclear about what you are asking. When you say “proxy registrar,” which of these are you referring to?

  1. A registrar that acts as a proxy and registers a domain on your behalf (like Njalla), or
  2. A registrar that uses a proxy service to hide your whois information (like… most of them)
