Buy a managed switch: which brands/companies can be trusted?

Hi everyone!

I need a managed switch and which brands can be trusted? Seems lots of them have terrible experience on privacy, like TP-Link sent traffic to 3rd party server

I know we can use managed switch with OpenWrt, but there’s drawbacks that some features like PoE or Link Aggregation are lack and I need that.

Maybe give a look at Linksys AFAIK they’re fairly reliable/trustworthy.

I have a Mikrotik at home. Its European so its probably more behaved privacy-wise than most other companies. Their APs are hard to use though.
