I just noticed that the behavior of shields has changed. It seems that Brave now supports more ways to select elements from the ubo ‘standard’. However I am unable to find any official update statement.
Using my blocklist now blocks the ads in LinkedIn in Brave successfully without the need for thrid party add-ons which is nice.
