I am wondering about a couple of question, I would like your input.
1- If a family member use Android phone ( no graphe OS sadly), will Android 15 versus 14 is a better choice for privacy ? Or does this not matter ?
2-Another question, for a normie. For home use, would you think a laptop with Windows 10 LTSC has more privacy potential (librefox browser) than a Samsung or Motorola phone running Android ?
I see. Always using software that is continuing to receive updates is best. So, the smartphone in this case. Install uBlock Origin and use a VPN for good measure and you should be good for the most part.
However, you can easily install a beginner friendly Linux like Mint or PopOS and use that to browse the web as I believe browsing using a computer will be a far superior experience UI/UX wise. You don’t really need to know how to use Linux to use the browser and do what you want in the browser. It’s dead simple these days. I promise you.
