Australian ISP metadata logs, maybe a question for Jordan

I’ve found it extremely difficult to figure out what ISPs should legally keep. My question is this: can they see historical connections to TOR? That’s it. Of course, they can’t see what’s being done within TOR, but I just want to know if they can see TOR traffic afterwards.

Of course they can, if they choose to retain that data, which they all most likely do.
