Are there identifiers on Windows running machines too like in ios and android?

Hello.
Hope everyone is doing well.

I want to setup Cryptomator on my primary devices using Onedrive (because of 1TB) but have this question on what data would Onedrive see/gather if i install it on my Windows laptop.

Are there identifiers on Windows running machines too like in ios and android?

Can any software that you install access them as soon as we install them?
(there are no popups for permission denying etc in Windows.)

What data/identifiers would any software be able to gather from a windows running machine?

What would softwares like Steam for gaming , cloud providers like Onedrive,iCloud,Mega,Sync,pCloud see when we install them on our laptop to get the “native” drive functionality see?

I use Windows LTSC , No MS Store , No MS other bloatware.

I use simplewall and block internet access to all other apps except softwares that are trustworthy and actually need internet to work (e.g - Firefox,Winscp,Bitwarden) and now i am planning on to use cryptomator but have to install and give internet access to onedrive also which i am not sure is trustworthy enough given the above questions.

thanks !
