Are Privacy Guides recommendations ordered?

They only are ordered where noted, for example Encrypted Private Email Recommendations - Privacy Guides is somewhat ordered between OpenPGP-compatible providers and non-OpenPGP-compatible providers. Otherwise they generally are not ordered, because we’ve instead decided to focus on only recommending the best things instead of as many things as possible, so the order doesn’t matter too much.
