This is only going to happen once they added encrypted iCloud backup … which is due for the next release.

Thanks my info was based off reddit comments which also is how I ended up here but thank you for the more concrete info. Looks like I’ll be looking into ente.
Thank you as well for the info. Much appreciated and again sorry about the necro. I’ve spent the last two days unable to get my current 2FA to even launch effectively locking me out of accounts so it is time to move on for sure.
I did consider using this. So maybe if this issue gets sorted in the future then 2fas could get added?
