A Message Regarding ICE in Minnesota and the USA

Any thoughts of Trump saying false things?

President Donald Trump described Good as “very disorderly, obstructing and resisting, who then violently, willfully, and viciously ran over the ICE Officer, who seems to have shot her in self defense”.

The man who was forced to act in self defence was the victim. Stop perpetuating falsehoods. She weaponised her car. He acted in self defence and according to his training. It is sad for everyone involved.

‘Execution’ is NOT WHAT HAPPENED.

I wouldn’t characterise her actions as ‘vicious.’ We should all refrain from that kind of emotive language. ‘Willfully’ is highly debatable since she isn’t alive to account for her actions. This is my point. Nobody wins when a mother is killed. Politicising it isn’t constructive.

Assertion. There will be no investigation. Stop spreading falsehoods.

I never said there will be an investigation. Stop making things up. I assume an investigation has already been conducted. If he did anything wrong let a court decide. Innocent until proven guilty.

There is no investigation. Feds took over and stated there will be no investigation.

A handful of members don’t agree with me (or reality). I’m not the one who introduced this topic to the forum. Claiming an innocent man commuted murder is an injustice which shouldn’t be allowed to stand.

There was and is no investigation. Maybe that will help you understand why people are so upset about it.

That’s fine. I’m sure they investigated and found there was no reason for further investigation. All law enforcement shootings are investigated to some degree. She hit him with her car. An open and shut case, as they say.

They are allowed to claim it. It’s an injustice if he wins a trial.

You can be as sure as you want but as we just told you there was no investigation, according to the feds themselves.

I know reality contradicts your position but it’s a bad look to keep denying it like this.

US deputy attorney general Todd Blanche stated on Fox News Sunday that the DOJ would not be opening a criminal investigation into Ross for his killing of Good.

Again you keep asserting an investigation happened with no proof.

Forgive me if I’m more concerned with the more perverse injustice he wrought when he murdered a woman while he was acting as an agent of the state.

Do you realise this doesn’t proclede an investigation? That these words have meanings? Why criminally investigate the man who was rammed by a car? They wouldn’t reach this conclusion without a preliminary investigation.

Skeptic sharia law. Guys waking around with canes and if you say something stupid, they get to ask you “what’s a p-value” then cane you. Teaches everybody to think through what they say. Works for sharia law countries, nobody is defaming the prophet by accident.

Again, you keep asserting an investigation happened. There is no evidence an investigation happened.

So usually in self defense cases, even when it is clearly self defense, it is treated as a criminal matter and investigated fully by police until they have all the facts in front of them.

It is extraordinarily unusual for there to not be a criminal investigation when someone dies of a gunshot wound.

Sorry, still not murder. Shooting in self-defense isn’t murder. He had no intent of killing her, as evidenced by the lack of a firearm in his hand, until she rammed him with her vehicle.

I agree that everyone deserves a retrospective investigation. But charging him with an offence in light of the evidence would be wrong. At best he may have endangered bystanders. Arguably he was protecting them from someone weaponising a vehicle.

You seem to have a hard time grasping a statement of opinion vs a statement of fact.

I have not said he was convicted of murder, that would be false obviously. I have stated my opinion that his actions constitute murder.

I’d ask you to keep up again, but I know you’re being intentionally obtuse because deflecting to that point is easier for you than actually arguing your insane position.
