Since I love and respect this community “too” much… and since there are TOO MANY silly misconceptions and innuendos going on about this profile → I will try to share here some additional details about myself.

Yeah, silence IS golden, but sometimes… sometimes it needs to be diluted a little (even despite the highly complex restrictions one lives under).

I do not comment on the forum, not by a free choice, but by an absolutely forced “choice” and necessity . And I have no way to even remotely discuss the reasons (without seriously endangering big projects and even the lives of some people).

I have been supporting Jonah, the PrivacyGuides project, and this community since the very beginning of its foundation. This support was and is carried out in many “invisible” and behind-the-scenes ways. And also in many very “visible” manifestations that are completely unrelated (in your eyes) to this pseudonymous profile.

Yes, I am a cryptographer and a developer.
No, the date of birth is not 1992, I am older :-).
Yes, I have been (and still) deeply involved in several leading encryption and privacy-related projects.

All this is not written exactly in the manner of my natural writing. Stylometry is still a thing, you know . However no LLMs were used; I respect my readers enough, but I had to rewrite this and consciously make my language heavier, as well as enrich my style with “quotation marks”, parentheses() and dots….

I might add, revise or remove some more details in the future.
