Yikes.
That’s going to kill FreeTube and Invidious. Ad block and sponsor block is the best thing about FreeTube.

For me there are lots of best things about Freetube, adblocking is definitely near the top of the list, but minimizing my exposure to privacy-invasive youtube, and the ability to fine-tune the UI to limit the trashiness and the intentionally compulsive/addictive elements and dark patterns of the youtube UI and algo are things I really value also. And (as someone who has never had a youtube account) the ability to subscribe to channels and make playlists and keep track of my history is really nice. I think I won’t be leaving freetube with or without adblocker.
