What's the current best way to detect AI content in search results and pages?

I’m finding it more and more frustrating having to constantly parse AI garbage whenever I search for anything. There’s a few extensions and add-ons that claim to detect AI generated content, but nothing recommended here so far. How are you guys dealing with it?

I haven’t personally used it, but I have heard some people have had a good experience with GPTzero for AI detection.

Ironically, many of the tools used to detect AI or ‘inauthentic’ content are themselves based on AI under the surface, and have some of the same flaws.
