Website builder for social organisation

Not exactly a privacy related question, but I hope it’s okay, since a lot of people have a knowledge of these websites.

I am a volunteer for a social organisation and looking to making a very simple website.

I am personally a big fan for the mobile layouts of the websites, that supply us with some great privacy products.

GrapheneOS, The Attestation App, SecureBlue and Accressant all appear to ude the same “template”.

Now the question. Does anyone know the website builder that is probably used for these?

This repo contains the source files of secureblue’s static website, generated using Jekyll and currently being deployed to Cloudflare Pages. It is a fork of GrapheneOS’s static website: it borrows pieces of HTML and general ideas while keeping a mostly identical CSS, but secureblue.dev uses a website generation workflow we consider more convenient.
