While using 3rd party products such as Google’s bluetooth earphones, or Apple’s Airpods, would any information be sent back to any of the companies, or would Graphene block any potential data being sent.
Bluetooth headphones don’t require any apps, nor can they use the phones data connection or do much more than the profiles they advertise.

Anything without its own Wi-Fi card or modem is basically incapable of sending anything anywhere. So, I don’t really think there’s any risk here.
Anything that could emit waves (sound, light, etc) could in theory emit signal that could be picked up by multiple receivers for tracking (think Apple tracker or GPS beacon)
But in practice it shouldn’t be a problem
