Unfortunately not, I just learned about this document a few minutes ago and it was shared with me.

It’s interesting that this documents exists, but I don’t think it goes far enough in it’s recommendations. Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Tiktok, and other similar websites (especially the ones where people use real names, add friends, and post pictures of themselves) are monstrous surveillance machines and shouldn’t be used at all.
