There are several blocking modes in Ublock origin (Blocking mode · gorhill/uBlock Wiki · GitHub). Is it better for privacy and security to use, for example, hard or medium blocking mode? Or should I just use the default settings?
The more advanced blocking modes require you to know what to block, as you will have to whitelist scripts for some sites to work.
The benefit is if there is something not on the block list, it will be blocked.

Personally i bounce between medium and default mode. Anything stricter and i spend too much time unbreaking sites
