The U.S. government is planning to create a centralized platform, called the Intelligence Community Data Consortium (ICDC), where spy agencies can easily purchase sensitive personal data about millions of people.
The platform will provide a one-stop shop for agencies to access and analyze commercially available information (CAI), including location data, social media content, and biometric data, using artificial intelligence tools.
