Trump’s NSPM-7 Labels Common Beliefs As Terrorism “Indicators”

An executive order publicly lays out the course of day-to-day federal government operations; whereas a national security directive is a sweeping policy decree for the defense, foreign policy, intelligence, and law enforcement apparatus.

For the Trump White House, the beauty of using an already existing network is that it bypasses Congressional oversight and scrutiny and even obscures federal activity to governors and legislatures at the state level. States, cities, and local police have already signed Memoranda of Agreements with the feds to fight terrorism and officers are already assigned as task force officers.

I’m sure all us privacy people feel like climate scientists.

Lol.

Trump just sent troops to Oregon for nothing. I think the goal is to incite a civil war in order to stay in power kind of like what Netanyahu is doing with his genocide.

No. The real goal is to make the American public used to seeing troops in cities just like cops to make them feel conformable them being at polling boots come election time in 2026.

Its baby steps with the egregiousness and absurdity to make the public used to it so when he does give illegal orders, the public may be too “relaxed” to not do much about it.
