Tool to censor explicit images and videos

Hello, I wonder if such a tool exists. I’d like to find something that automatically censors nudity in photos and videos (e.g. blurring, pixelating). I found some browser extensions like “Puryfi” and “Denied Pixel” and they work fine and claim to do all analysis local and respect your privacy but they are not open source and require access to all website data. So I don’t really trust them enough.

In essence, what I am looking for is:

  • can censor nudity and explicit content
  • not just blocking adult websites via a blocklist or web filter
  • works offline and locally - like, local AI processing and not uploading my screen to some server for processing
  • ideally, works across all apps and any content on the screen (Android). but if that’s not possible, works as a Firefox extension.
  • ideally open source because otherwise I find it hard to just trust some privacy policy

I don’t think such a tool exists. Such a tool would need constant monitoring and processing of whatever is on screen to immediately and automatically censor NSFW content.

Simply blocking such content is a lot easier. However, such blocklists don’t block reddit and there’s plenty of NSFW content on there so blocklists and DNS filters don’t work there unless you’re blocking all of Reddit.
