As I said, in my previous reply to you, I don’t think it’s safe.

Have you heard that Telegram has added passkeys for security? I don’t know if this means you can skim SMS verification when logging into a second phone, or when changing phones, but it’s worth looking into. You can find the discussion thread for this announcement is here.
