On Graphene OS:
Don’t use phone numbers, if you have to, use jmp.chat, it’s far better for you to use USA & canada numbers for online services especially if you don’t live here, ask for premium+ numbers for online verifications, they work! Migrate, Migrate, Migrate. Ask support to verify, calling via verification can also work.
Use seperate numbers for banking, spam & gov id
If your banks use SMS for 2fa, try to shift them to email,
WhatsApp e2ee calls are far better than normal calls.
Location & stringrays are easy targets, airplane mode can only help.
