I keep reading that AI features are not coming to EU Pixel users because of EU privacy regulations.
I couldn´t find the information so I was wondering if there is a comprehensive list of privacy limitation for Pixel (and other phone manufacturers) comparison between EU and US?
I think this could help some people to decide if they need a custom OS or maybe feel comfortable enough keeping stock with such limitations.

Devices sold in partnership with specific carriers may be locked by the carrier, which will prevent installing GrapheneOS. This is primarily an issue with US carriers and isn’t common elsewhere in the world.
Thank you but I am not speaking about carrier lock. More about Google Android and its tracking/use of data between US and EU.
