Hmm, You can turn off OEM Unlocking while you can and didn’t flash LineageOS or anything to it. But yes you’re at a higher disadvantage depending on the last security update.
Once a Samsung device is unlocked Bootloader, it can’t be re-locked again, and it current Google Play system update is only available until version 2024-09-01.

Maybe it’s just my experience with older Samsung honestly that made me think this is possible but uh yeah.
if you already flashed something for sure I don’t recommend doing it.
mm at that point I would recommend flashing LineageOS Android 15 if available or anything latest possible from 12 and relatively it should have the up to date Security update when flashed or with an OTA Update check…
But if anything treat this as harm reduction so yeah.
Edit: My problem, bootloader can relock.
