If I am using wireguard to have ProtonVPN over my entire network, should I be rotating which config I am using? Is there a privacy issue with always using the same config on a home router, where people are signing into services tied to their identity?
I think Proton rotates Wireguard keys too. So, not sure what you’re thinking of is really needed.
And do you mean rotating through different locations/servers when you say configs?
Yeah that’s what i mean.
That’s really up to you then. If you have a reason to do that often, then yes. But you shouldn’t have any other concern even if those configs are always on at the same location. I don’t think it provides any real benefit or privacy protection.
Thanks for the answer, appreciate it.
