Vanadium now supports passkeys without Google Play Services

Add support for using passkeys without Play services via the Android 15 credential manager (not every passkey provider supports this) Works fine with Bitwarden and Proton Pass. I’m not sure about other password managers. Edit: it works with Proton Pass too.
