Conversation.im’s XMPP is good as far as I can tell. I don’t know if you have a particular reason for not considering it.
xmpp.chat is another provider I know. But if you look providers online, you’ll find several that provide E2EE.

https://disroot.org you have to apply for an account but they’ve been around for a while and they have a good privacy policy.
