Privacy focused Residental Proxy provider

Hi all, i’m looking forsome privacy/anonimity focused Residental Proxy.

  1. Which will meet privacy standards like in PG, so of course no logs etc.
  2. Will be effective against websites (doesn’t blocked, looks like isp or private ip, not marked as vpn/proxy/fraudlent ip on listrs and ip sites like ip2location), just effective.
  3. Good if possible to obtain anonymously for ex. with monero.
    Can be rotating, can be static.

This is very hard to ensure and cannot ever be guaranteed I think. A proxy, whether a VPN or something else, will always be more susceptible to certain types of blocks where websites may not open if using them.

What’s wrong with using VPNs in your use case? What is your use case?

yeah, i know sites will try to block anyway. But if it looks like isp it will be harder. I used something like proxyempire before and it worked perfectly, all sites worked and it was undetedtable for sites that it was proxy, on ip2locationit had fraud score between 0-5, meanwhile mainstream providers had 99. i think they log tho, thats why i’m looking for simmilar thing but privacy focused.

I’m still not sure why VPNs don’t work for you or why you’re trying to avoid VPNs. Also, are you OP?

It’s a VPN rather than a proxy, but Windscribe is being considered to be added as a Privacy Guides recommended service. It’s also already recommended by Techlore (who are similarly strict with VPN recommendations) so I’d assume it’s compliant with Privacy Guides’ standards.

They offer static residential IPs which they advertise as having a reduced chance of blacklisting. I haven’t used it myself so I can’t speak to it’s effectiveness, but it’s the only service I’m aware of which seems to meet your criteria.
