After reading your replies I guess my only safe option is to upgrade my device.
I have an emergency savings account, and I really feel like I can not limit my usage on my phone, so I will take some funds from there to upgrade. Its not ideal, and a really tough decision but I guess it is the way to go.
Im going to get a Pixel 9a with graphene os, and hopefully it will last until eol 2032.
