Mullvad Browser + Technitium Dns + Windscribe Vpn extension

Hi guys!

I just installed Mullvad Browser and I was wondering if I can disable DNS over HTTPS because I use Technitium DNS with custom ad-blocking lists on my systems. Could this make me more recognizable/unique?

Also, I was wondering if I need the Windscribe extension (the provider I’m using for the VPN) if I have the app installed on my system. Does it provide any benefits? Could this also make me more recognizable/unique?

Finally, I’d like to ask, if I use the “most secure” security level, is it possible to enable scripts if a site doesn’t work? Does that make me (Guess what I’m about to ask) unique?

Changing DNS server and installing extension will make you stand out.

I did some research and it seems that mullvad requires you to disable dns in your browser when using mullvad vpn

did I misunderstand?

Only change it when you are using an VPN.

When using a VPN with Mullvad Browser, you will share a fingerprint and a pool of IP addresses with many other users, giving you a “crowd” to blend in with.

If you are connected to Mullvad VPN then the Mullvad extension will recommend that you disable Mullvad DoH (encrypted DNS).
