Mobile 4G internet on GrapheneOS and Proton VPN

I came across the fact that proton VPN server of the country I am in does not work, the authorities block the server, and there are no other servers in this country. And now I have to use the server of the nearest country, or EU. Now I am connected to EU country by Proton VPN, and my internet speed is 30x20Mbps, I distribute internet on GrapheneOS via hotspot on my laptop, is it possible to increase speed on Mullvad VPN, IVPN, or are they slower than Proton?

Can increase the speed using a modem, to insert a SIM card and distribute through the modem on wi-fi internet? But I have in my neighborhood coverage is not very good and the speed itself is not high, there is no possibility now to change location or connect home internet.

The preferred type of network can affect the speed of the Internet, or it can only affect the stability? On Pixel there is a mode 5G or LTE Only, LTE Only, 5G(recommended), but when testing the internet on speedtest via VPN, gave different internet speeds, probably due to network congestion.

I got used to proton vpn, speeds were always excellent, many servers in different countries, 3 protocols, Stealth helped a few times, but now Stealth is not needed, I like their technology netshield, where you can block ads in any application, including YouTube, if you watch via RSS or directly on YT.

Servers of these countries closest to me in Proton VPN: Turkey, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Romania.

Anti-censorship works only on android, but not on Linux, but via hotspot and wifi, if you distribute internet, then on a laptop the traffic is not transmitted via vpn, but via ISP traffic. On Linux you can only select servers

On Proton Linux there is little to no censorship resistance. You could either use Mullvad which has better anti-censorship tech, or you could use Shadowsocks. Check out https://github.com/net4people/bbs/issues or list of repos about censorship circumvention
