Hi,
Since nor ente, Brave, Notesnook, VLC or OnlyOffice are sandboxed when you download them outside of the App Store (you can verify in the activity manager), do you think that it is a good move to create an AppleID JUST to use the app store to have sanboxed apps ?
Because AppleID gives Apple quite a lot of data (phone number, adress, name, …) and they could link user activity to a more specific ID (AppleID).
Ah ! Thank you !
Brave appears as iOS version in Activity manager though so it should be avalaible in the app store since ios apps can be installed in macOS if I understood correctly
Not all apps are available even under the iPhone and iPad Apps toggle. I thought this was the case before but I was mistaken. Brave isn’t available under both toggles (at least for me, no reason to think it would be different for others but feedback would be appreciated).
All tabs are shown as sandboxed in Activity Manager and most other Brave processes too, it’s primarily the main Brave process controlling the tabs that is not.
