suggest that you start to list non-recommended tools on your website (under the appropriate sections), with links to the issues, PRs and/or forum topics where it was decided that they’re not recommended

Basically, a section for removed apps/services/etc and why they’ve been removed. This would be helpful.

We kind of already have this… We are open source, all changes (and the reasons behind them) can be found on GitHub.
