Linux native apps vs browser - which is safer?

Which is safer in terms of security?

Native apps use gnome keyring which is not encrypted.
Are browser logins better or they are vulnerable to cookie stealing?

Doing things in the browser will be a lot more secure than doing things in native Linux applications.

What about sesion/cookie hijacking? Isn’t that more risky? If for example i stay logged in in my password manager on the browser rather than having a linux app?

Please at least provide us with some background on what you are trying to protect and from whom.

This is for all os. That browser will be a better option

Browser-based encryption defeats the purpose of E2EE and puts more trust in the provider than is needed. For this specifically, a native program is better.
