Is google still tracking me? Advice on privacy setup for phone

So I’ve started my privacy journey recently making changes doing the best I can with the tech I have currently. But, i’m kind of at an impasse. I’ve degoogled mostly everything except YouTube. I don’t have an account but on my phone I’m using YTLitePlus(I’m which I sideloaded on iOS) vs the stock YouTube app. When I watch videos i don’t login to the app and have turned off history. I use RSS to keep up with my subscriptions. I also use a VPN when watching videos on the app at all times. my question is what tracking or other privacy vulnerability am I setting myself up for with this setup.

On iOS you should be more concerned about Apple tracking you which I don’t think can be avoided. I guess use your phone as little as possible until you can buy a Pixel and install GrapheneOS. There are other non-Pixel phones which support other ROMs which CalyxOS appears to be the least worst if you don’t want to buy a Google phone.

IMO, you can take measures as much as you can, but you can’t be completely anonymous while using internet. But why are you so conscious about that?

Yes they are tracking

Just a heads up, combining iPhone and Android devices as a single entity to compare with other Operating Systems doesn’t really give a clear picture where one overcome in certain aspects since everything is leveled down in this scenario. The table in the sourced link was made with the intention to promote Kicksecure. It shouldn’t be used to evaluate different mobile OS.
