Why do you think it should be mandatory reading for everyone here?
Because people don’t always understand the drawbacks of platforms and LinkedIn is usually seen as an “okay to use” because it’s for work. 
Yet it’s very predatory.

I’m happier than ever that I don’t have a Linkedin account anymore, and haven’t had one in a couple of years.
A lot of people expected it to go downhill after Microsoft bought it, but I never expected it to get this bad.
