How much "better" is Windows 11 Enterprise over Pro? (telemetry)

Heya.

I use Windows 11 Pro on my gaming machine, I block most Microsoft domains except updates with ControlD. I am thinking about reinstalling and installing Enterprise instead since it apparently has less telemetry, which is my only thing I care about because I despise Microsoft! Is it worth it? It wouldn’t cost me anything but time.
