Good morning everybody! While I was walking this morning, for some unknown reason, I did put the emergency pin for fun! 
Guess what, it seem that it worked! Was wondering if there is a way to revert that….. I mean, is there a way to recover all of my profiles? Thanks a lot in advance!

I guess my only option is a factory reset…
You should wait a moment in case someone else can confirm, but I believe the emergency function is specifically for quickly wiping the phone. For that exact reason, I’ve never actually tried it myself.
Does OP mean Duress pin not emergency pin?

Just made a research and this wipe everything and have to start all over again! That was a dumb move from me! I consider that as a practice and I now know how powerful and destructive this is! Lesson learnt! Thanks for the fast replies!

It is designed this way. The next thing you want is law enforcement unjustifiably accessing your data after. If a user could recover it so could they.

You sound a lot like me, sometimes I just get the itch to press red buttons that don’t harm others (potentially inconvenience them) and just really feel the consequences. Some of my best lessons come from fixing mistakes.

So you can backup a profile? Then you wipe your phone and recover the exact same state of that backup?
You made a mistake and entered the wrong PIN. That’s normal, we all make mistakes. You should back up all your data because it could happen again someday.
I love the emergency PIN feature, it’s very useful.
