On graphene OS the play store keeps on asking me to update (not the graphene OS app store) am I supposed to do it?

Yes, you should let the Play Store handle the updates.

Why arenโ€™t those updates made via the graphene app store?

Since I updated it, my sudo isnโ€™t sending me anymore notifications for new calls, it rings for a second and then stops. I even tried to reinstall mysudo, but itโ€™s still not working.
