They have not announced such activity to my knowledge. You can read their privacy policy to learn what data they collect: Samsung Privacy . Can you please provide a source for your claim that Apple scans and collects your files or avoid making such claims.

Yeah he is terrible person that not only spreads misinformation but also disinformation the way I see it. Please unfollow him and “Re-learn” your privacy know how and info with all that you want to. Many need to be made aware of his sham. But sometimes the bubbles people live in are very strong.
