I’m using Ente Auth for TOTP and Proton Pass as a password manager.
For convenience, I saved some TOTP in Proton Pass.
Is it less private to do this?
No, it is not less private, but it is potentially less secure. Storing both your passwords and TOTP codes in the same place creates a single point of failure and, to some extent, undermines the idea of ‘two-factor authentication.’
