I have a question, are TOTP Auth apps trackable? I don’t mean that the apps themselves transmit data to whomever, but whether adding codes to an already existing app can be tracked in any way? Maybe im just a bit too overly suspicious.

Unless the app requires an account registration and syncing (which you have created and turned syncing on), I don’t think it’s possible to detect if a new totp code is added to an app or not.
Maybe a rooted phone or malware rootkit with very low level kernel based access can, but that is highly Unlikely.
So, imo no it can’t be tracked automatically.
