Anyone know if this new google search change would effect startpage, scroogle, searchxng etc?

Basically google are now encoding its search results in a format only they can decode. Looks like they’re trying to kill 3rd party scrapers?

Startpage told they pay google for query results, they don’t scrap search pages results. Brave’s Google fallback mixer probably can be affected, but idk.
