A question for Privacy Guides developers. which app stores are recommend?

I missing some guidelines where Privacy Guides gives advice about which app stores are the safest to download apps from.
Apps like

  • music players
  • office
  • calendar,
  • agenda
  • etc

or if this not possible, than for each category (office, agenda etc) which app they trust.
