I downloaded organic maps a few moments ago and pressed the “World map” download button, within a second invizPro notified me with this message .
It means it saw the domain resolve to a private lan or localhost address.

Only if you would download a map from your own repo for some reason.
That is not how I expected Organic Maps to download a map unless it really comes from the app dev’s personal server at home. One would expect for this to be from a cloud provider with CDNs.

Maybe your Organic Maps is from a tampered /modified source? Where did you get your app?

The domain actually has a bad AAAA record which points to a link local address.
